Terms and Conditions

When you make a purchase from www.auroara.co.uk you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of sale (your statutory customer rights are not affected).  We aim to offer the customer a quality service at the right price, with customer satisfaction foremost in our mind.

1. General:
•    These Terms & Conditions are applicable to the supply of all products by Au'roar'a to the customer.  All other Terms & Conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
•    www.auroara.co.uk is owned by Dawn Ward T/A Auroara, 7 Billsmore Green Solihull, West Midlands, B92 9LN

2. Price:
•    Prices Quoted are in £ Sterling.
•    Availability - all items are subject to availability
•    All prices are exclusive of Post & Packaging & any additional postage surcharge for oversized or expensive items.
•    For orders exceeding £100.00, please contact Au'roar'a via our Contact Form to obtain a postage quotation.
•    Post and Package charges & any additional postage charges are added to the total transaction price before the customer completes the purchase.

3. Payment:  
•    All purchases from the website must be paid via PayPal.
•    All of our servers and externally sourced servers are secure with the highest level of security and encryption available.
•    After completing an order with final transaction confirmation, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail.

4. Passing of Property and Risk:
•    Au'roar'a shall retain all legal title to the products until payment has been made in full by the customer.  As such time of receipt of the goods (by the customer) the risk associated on the products passes over to the customer in full.

5. Delivery:
•    Our aim is to offer the best available service to our customers from start to finish each time.   
•    We will always aim to get the product despatched as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working days subject to availability.
•    Orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday Saturday and Sunday will be processed shipped on Monday.
•    Once the items have been dispatched, we are in the hands of our trusted couriers to deliver as promptly as we would expect.
•    Au'roar'a will dispatch products via the Royal Mail normal service's and signed for where appropriate and if deemed necessary a courier for larger quantities at our discretion.
•    Au'roar'a supplies goods to mainland UK only.

6. Acceptance of goods:
•    The customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time of their receipt (this does not affect your statutory rights).

7. Guarantee:
•    All goods sold through our website are guaranteed against any faults. In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods follow the returns process. See 10. Dispute/Returns:

•    The customer has the right to cancel  under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2,000.
•    Au'roar'a reserves the right to refuse any or part of any order or to gather better information before fully processing the order.
•    Au'roar'a accepts no liability for any failure to ship products due to reasonable grounds.  We will take all reasonable steps to notify customers if this should arise.

9. License agreement:
•    The customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by copyright owners.  Au'roar'a cannot be held responsible for the misuse constructed by the customer in any way.

10. Dispute/Returns:
•    Au'roar'a want you to be happy with your purchase If, upon receipt, you find the goods ordered are not suitable please contact us for a Returns reference number and simply return them unused and in resaleable condition, in the original packaging with the label still attached, within 14 days at your own cost to the address on the bottom of this web site for a refund or credit. Au'roar'a has the right not to refund postage. Please make sure to write on the parcel the Returns Reference number.
•  Au'roar'a will not refund used or warn items.
•  Faulty Goods: Contact us for a Returns reference number in the first instance and a description of the fault along with a phone number. Au'roar'a will contact you directly.
•   Should a dispute arise Au'roar'a and the customer will work together in good faith to settle amicably any dispute that may arise from the supply of goods or these conditions.
•    If the dispute cannot be resolved with 21 days of initial contact a third party may be appointed, who shall act as an expert and not as an arbitrator for either party, but whose decision will be final and binding on all parties.
11. Law:
•    The Terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
