Our aim is to offer the best available service to our customers from start to finish each time. We will always aim to get the product despatched as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working days, orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Once the items have been dispatched, we are in the hands of our trusted couriers to deliver as promptly as we would expect. We dispatch products via Royal Mail or Courier for larger quantities at our discretion.
Au'roar'a only supplies goods to the UK orders received from outside the UK will be refunded.

£20.01- £30.00 = £4.50
£30.01-£40.00 = £5.00
£40.01-£60.00=£5.50
£60.01-£100.00=£7.00
Please note some products inccur a surcharge for delivery this will be seen as you go through the basket.
